Questions
- Where does my card appear?
- In the Sponsored block in the sidebar of the homepage, every tool page, every Best-of review, Discover and the Leaderboard, and in the featured row at the top of the homepage.
- How many sponsors are there?
- Never more than 5. When all slots are taken the button becomes a waitlist, and we email the waitlist when a slot opens.
- Does my product need the badge?
- No. Pick one of your existing listings or create a new one during checkout. Either way it goes live on Buildlist without the badge step.
- Is the link do-follow?
- Sponsored links are marked as sponsored, which is what search engines require for paid placements. For do-follow backlinks and the #1 spot on a Best-of listicle, see the Leader plan.
- Can I change my card or cancel?
- Yes. Edit the logo, name, description, link and button any time from your dashboard; changes go live straight away. Cancel whenever you like and your card stays up until the end of the month you paid for.
